Relaxed back of midfield early on as Virginia Sweet led the charge, Bless My Stars (15-10 was produced up the centre of the track by Fourie and stamped her authority to beat Saartjie (16-1) by 1,40 lengths in a time of 123,15 secs for the 2000m.
Gilded Butterfly (17-2) stayed on 0,80 lengths further back.
Sean Tarry confirmed that Bless My Stars had stayed at Summerveld after her Hollywoodbets Durban July win.
